We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. This includes Visa, MC, American Express and Discover. Inquire about other possible forms of payment via our contact page.

Shipping Charges:
CadillacBikeStore.com is taking the guess work out of shipping charges. Our shipping charges are on a per item basis. For example, many of our bikes ship to the continental US for Free, other bicycles ship in the Cont. 48 US for only $35.00. When you add an item to your basket, you will immediately be made aware of what the shipping charges are for that particular product.

Delivery Time:
All of our items ship promptly and will arrive in 2-7 business days, and sometimes sooner. If for some reason the time will be longer, we will notify you of the status of your order.

Security:
The transmission of your order is done using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. This provides a secure connection between a web browser and a web site server. We do not share your personal information with anyone.

Our Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. Cadillac bicycles are covered under a manufacturer's warranty and are sold brand new in the original packaging, if a part is missing or there is damage to the bicycle, contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on bicycles that are damaged by excessive customer abuse. The restocking fee will be dependent upon the condition of the bicycle.

We are a retail store for the Cadillac Bicycles, not the Cadillac Bicycles Manufacturer. If you need to contact us about a purchase you Made With Us, or are interested in buying a bike from us, please contact us through the information below. If you already have a Cadillac bicycle that you purchased through a store other than ours, please contact the store where you purchased the bike for assistance.
