How Do I Place an Order?
Buying from CadillacBikeStore.com is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. Simply place an order via our Online Shopping Cart Technology by clicking the “add to basket” button for each item you wish to purchase, and when you are done shopping, click the “checkout button”. How Long Does Delivery Take?
The bicycles ship promptly via Fed Ex or UPS ground and will arrive in 2-7 days. If for some reason the time will be longer, we will notify you of the status of your order. If you need to receive the bike second day or next day, please email us with your address and the item you are wishing to purchase and we will provide a shipping quote for you.

Does My Bike Come Assembled?
The bikes ship approximately 85% - 90% assembled. Generally speaking, the bikes are set up in a manner to be able to fit in the box for shipping. The handlebars, seat, front tire, and pedals need to be attached. To ensure your bicycle is set to operate at its optimal performance level, and for safety, we recommend having your bike checked over by a qualified mechanic, and/or the final assembly done by a qualified bike specialist. They will do this at very reasonable rates and is similar to a basic tune-up.
What if My Bike is Damaged in transit?
Once you receive your bicycle, immediately look it over to make sure everything is in good condition, and if the box is damaged, note it with the delivery driver. If there is damage, call or email us and provide your name, and order number and exactly what is damaged or missing. We will take care of any problems as quickly as possible. If you receive a bike that looks badly damaged when the delivery driver brings it to your door, the best thing to do is to refuse the package and a replacement bike will be sent.
What is Your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. The bicycles are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty and are sold brand new in the original packaging, if a part is missing or there is damage to the bicycle, contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on bicycles that are damaged by excessive customer abuse. The restocking fee will be dependent upon the condition of the bicycle.
Does My Bike Have a Warranty?
Yes, Cadillac bicycles have a manufacturers warranty. This is a lifetime warranty on the frame, and one year on the parts.
Is CadillacBikeStore the Manufacturer?
We are a retail store for the Cadillac Bicycles, not the Cadillac Bicycles Manufacturer. If you need to contact us about a purchase you Made With Us, or are interested in buying a bike from us, please contact us. If you already have a Cadillac bicycle that you purchased through a store other than ours, please contact the store where you purchased the bike for assistance.
